Bad weather affects floors

Cleenol recommends a longer drying time for all floor seals laid in wet and very damp weather.  Just because the very top of the seal is dry it doesn't mean the same for the lower part next to the floor.  If a second coat is applied when the first is not completely dry then at best it will become milky and will break up very quickly because of the unset liquid underneath.  In damp conditions we suggest leaving the coats at least 45 minutes before any other work. It is always best to keep off the last coat for as long as possible to allow it to cure before dragging furniture etc. across it.
